How do I Associate a CIM Profile to a Customer?

From the MyEzPay Dashboard Click on 'My Members'

2. Click on the Customer that you want to add the Authorize.Net Profile ID to:

3. Click on the 'Choose a CIM Profile' button



----------------------------------------------------------------------------------


4. Login to your Authorize.Net Gateway Account > Click on Tools > Customer Information Manager > Find the Customer whose Profile you want to match and Click on the Profile ID to Open.

5.  Copy the Profile ID from the Customer Profile



----------------------------------------------------------------------------------


6. Paste the Profile ID into the Search Window and Click on the Blue Entry

7. Verify that the Customer Information in QuickBooks is associated with the proper Payment Information in Authorize.Net.


If everything aligns between the QuickBooks Customer Record and the Authorize.Net Profile, Click on 'Set New Profile' to save.
