How do I Edit/Enter a Payment Method into QuickBooks Desktop?

1. In QuickBooks Desktop, Go to Lists > Customer & Vendor Profile Lists > Payment Method List

2. Click on the Drop Don Menu next to Payment Method and Select ‘New’

 


----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

 

 

3.  Enter the new Payment Method (Credit Card or ACH) under both the Payment Method and the Payment Type then Click ‘OK’
