- Create an Invoice in QuickBooks for the customers total.

Open up QB EzPay and Click on EzSchedule

- Click on Create a Scheduled Payment
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
- Select the Customer you would like to start a subscription for:
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
- Select the preferred Payment Method to associate with this recurring billing
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
- Select the invoice you want to reference

- Select the Future One Time Payment Option.

- Select the date you want to take payment on.
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
- Click on Finish to Complete.
