How do I use my Authorize.Net Mobile Application?

  • Connect to your Authorize.Net account from your mobile phone by clicking on the Authorize.Net Mobile App icon

  • Once the application is open, login to the application with your User Name and Password

  • Be sure that ‘Use Sandbox Account’ is tuned OFF.

  • Enter Item Description Name.   This could be for products, services, job name, etc.

  • Enter the total you want to charge the client

  • Click on the Process Transaction Button

  • Swipe credit card.  If you do not have a Mobile Card Reader attached to the phone, you’ll need to enter the card number, Expiration date, and CVV number manually.

  • Click on the Charge Button to process the payment

  • Have the customer sign for the transaction.  They can use their finger or some form of stylus pen to fill in signature box.

  • Click on ‘Authorize’ to complete transaction.

  • Enter the email that the customer wants to use for their email receipt.

  • Click on the ‘Send Email’ Icon to complete.
