Importing Customer/Payment Profiles from AuthNet

You can import Customer and Payment Profiles into MyEzPay from two different reports:

    > If a transaction happened today and has not batched, please select 'Today's Transactions'

    > If the transaction has already been batched, click on 'Batch Lists', Select the Batch Date, and then the Transaction


FOR THE BELOW EXAMPLE, WE'LL USE A TRANSACTION THAT HAS ALREADY BEEN BATCHED


1. From the MyEzPay Dashboard > Click on Batch Lists

2. Click anywhere on the Batch you want to open

3.  Scroll down and Click on the Customer you want to import




----------------------------------------------------------------------------------

4.  Click on the Drop Down Menu next to Void Transaction and Select 'Import Member'

5.  Edit Member Details and Contact Information as Needed.  

    ** Please Remember that Customers must have a Valid Email on file to receive receipts.




Also Note - To also Save Customers Payment Information along with their Contact Information, please make sure that the Check Box next to 'Save Payment Method' is checked

6.  To Complete, Click on the Add New Member Button in the Lower Right of the Screen
