How do I Re-Authenticate to MyEzPay Online?

If an individual has Administrative rights to your QuickBooks Company file and logs in to MyEzPay without being invited first, MyEzPay will ask if you want to change your Admin rights for the software.


Click on the 'No, thanks' button.



Whoever has the Master administrator rights to your QuickBooks, will have to log back into EzPay and Re-Authenticate the Intuit Account.

 

When the Master Admin Logs in, they’ll need to click on the ‘Connect to QuickBooks’ button

 

 

Once they do this, you can then connect back into EzPay and you should be able to access.


To circumvent this, please have the Master Admin invite you to use MyEzPay first.  For these instructions, please have them follow this support link to invite invite you:
