How to Import an Additional Payment Method into a Customers Profile

1. From your Batch List (or Today's Transactions), click on the transaction you want to import the information on.

2. Click on the Drop Down Arrow next to the Refund or Void Payment Button > Select Import Customer

3.  Click on the Drop Down Menu and select the QuickBooks Customer you want to attach the Payment Method to



--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------


4.  Click on Continue to Advance



--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------


5. The Payment Method has been Matched to the Customer Profile.  Click 'OK' to close.
