How do I set up a Shared Payment for a member?

** Please Note - This option will only appear in the portal when there is more than one member on the plan **



1. From the Payments Portal Dashboard, Click on the Members Tab:

2. Find the Member you want to Add the Payment Method to, and then click on the 'View' button:

3. From the Member Menu, select Payment Methods:

4. From the Member Menu, Click on the 'On/Off' button under Dockside Method Sharing to turn on.

5.  Click on the 'Confirm' button to finalize the option to share.

6.  Next, click on the drop down menu and select the card you want the other members to share:

7.  Click on the 'Set Shared Method' button to finalize:

8.  This will now show as a 'Shared Method' under the Primary Members Methods on File.

9.  The Members that the Primary is sharing the methods with, will now see that they are sharing this dockside payment method:

9.  In the event that the Secondary members don't want to use the Shared Payment Method, you can open their profile, and click on the 'Stop Using Shared Method' button.
