Definition - A Void transaction is a debit or credit card transaction that is cancelled by the merchant before it is settled by the cardholders bank and the merchant receives payment next day.
1. From the Home Page/Dashboard, click on the Authroize.Net tab and select - Unsettled Transactions

2. Find the members transaction you want to Void, and click on the 'View' member button to open.

3. Click on the 'Void Transaction' button to complete.

4. Click on the 'Confirm' button to complete the transaction.
