1. From the Home Screen > Quick Tools > Click on Customers List

2. Select the Customer View - You can select 'All' or Customers with 'Open Balances'

3. Select the Customer who you want to refund

4. Select 1) 'All QB EzPay Transactions and then, 2) Select the Transaction you want to Refund by Double Clicking on it

5. Once Open, Click on the 'Refund' Button at the top of the Transaction Details Window

6. Choose your Refund Options from the Refund Transaction window and then click on the 'Process Refund' button.
If you want the client to receive a receipt of this Refund, please be sure to check the box below.

7. Fill out the Credit Memo / Return Receipt. Be sure that the totals match as the Refund cannot exceed the original amount.
Click on 'Process Return' when done.

8. Once Transaction has been approved, click on 'Close' to complete.
