How do I Refund a Customer? (Payment came through EzPay)

1.  From the Main Menu > Click on 'Reporting' > Transaction Reports

2. Select the Batch Range you need as well as the number of Entries you want to populate the view.

3. Select the Batch date that the Transaction you want to Refund is in.

4.  Click on the Drop Down Menu next to the Transaction you want to Refund and Click on Refund

5. Select your Refund Type

6. Select your Refund Options

7.  Click on the 'Add Item' button and Select the Items you're returing.  Once finished, click on the 'Save' button

8.  Click on the Process Refund button to complete.
