1. From the Payments Portal Dashboard, Click on the Reporting Tab > Dockside > Reservations

2. If needed, filter your selection by choosing a Date Range, Dock Location, and Status (Paid/Unpaid)

3. Once you've found the transaction you were looking for, click on the Reservation # to open

4. Once open, click on the 'Manual Payment' button to open.

5. Enter Payment information including card number, expiration date, and CCV # (if needed). Check the box for 'Send an Email Receipt' if you want the member to receive a receipt for the processsed transaction.

6. Click on the 'Process Payment' button to comlete the transaction.

7. The status next to the member will now show as 'Paid'
